When you come to worship with us on Sunday mornings, you’ll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We put Christ at the center of all we do and understand that everyone is in a different place along life’s journey. One of our newest families said, “We were visiting a couple different churches, but this just felt like where we belonged.” Feeling like you belong is important to us.

Elementary Sunday School at 9:30 am
Worship begins at 10:30 am
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Sunday mornings have an open, friendly feel. We don’t have a dress code, and you’ll find people dressed in jeans as often as you find them in slacks and pressed shirts. We begin service at 10:30, sing to the piano and recorded tracks, and end the service within about an hour. You’ll hear a message each week that is Bible based, but this is not Bible study. The message is intended to center on God’s love and grace, and have practical application to life; your life, today.
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
Your kids are important to the life of theis church, and are encouraged to stay with you during worship. If you would like to use the nursery, it is available for children up to the age of 5. Simply tell the greeters at the front door and they will direct you to the nursery.

WHERE DO I FIND YOU?
Charlestown First United Methodist Church is located at 423 Main Cross Street, Charlestown, IN 47111.
WHERE DO I PARK?
There are two parking options
In the front of the church:
The main entrance to the sanctuary is located on Main Cross Street, and you are welcome to park on the street.
In our parking lot:
The parking lot is located behind the church at the corner of Water and Market Streets. You will see the building entrance next to the parking lot. Enter here and follow the signs to the sanctuary.
